The chip integrates 32KB program flash, 5.5KB RAM and essential peripheral interfaces (UART/SCI, I²C, SPI, USB 2.0 Function), and is equipped with a 10-bit ADC, multi-functional timers, power management module and low-voltage detection circuit.
