Introduction
R5ROC062FA#V2 is a 16-bit low-power microcontroller with RL78 CPU core launched by Renesas Electronics, belonging to the RL78/G13 product group of the RL78 series. It adopts an efficient RL78 CPU architecture with excellent power efficiency and processing performance for embedded control applications. The chip integrates 32KB program flash, 2KB RAM and essential peripheral interfaces (UART/SCI, I²C, SPI, etc.), and is equipped with a 10-bit ADC, multi-functional timers, power management module and low-voltage detection circuit. It supports a wide voltage range of 1.6V~5.5V and an operating temperature of -40°C to +85°C, and is packaged in a 32-pin LQFP (7×7mm). It is suitable for cost-sensitive and low-power embedded application scenarios such as industrial sensors, smart home appliances, metering equipment, consumer electronics and building automation.
